The staff is so kind and compassionate and very friendly!! This pharmacy is like an old time pharmacy and has such cool things to choose from! Whether you choose a candle with a hilarious slogan, a flower petal greeting pouch, a Chanel Pill pill case, or pick up anything prescription or non from the actual pharmacy desk, one thing will be factual about your visit. You will feel like you just left from a visit with your life long best friend AND will want to spread that feeling to every stranger you meet afterwards!

We love Crestline Pharmacy. The service is always great, they always have some fun new items on display and the staff is very helpful. I had recently forgotten my face mask when headed to the hair salon and they were kind enough to offer me one of their disposable ones. They are kind people!

My parents got their prescriptions filled here, but when I was young, (a) I didn’t have prescriptions to fill very often, and (2) I just went with a national pharmacy so I could transfer them if necessary. Fast forward to 2001 when I moved to Crestline with a couple infants, partly so the parents weren’t so far if they needed something. Both my folks were physicians at UAB, so I figured if Crestline Pharmacy was good enough for them, it was certainly good enough for me. Babies and old folks must make up most of pharmacy business! After I started going to Crestline Pharmacy, I quickly realized how valuable it was to have the pharmacist recognize you and know why you were there as soon as you walked in the door! Whereas a big national pharmacy seems to move the pharmacists they employ every couple months (so you have to explain your entire medical history every time you go!), Crestline Pharmacy knows your name, your kids’ names, your parents’ names, and they might even remember your grandparents’ names! This combination of friendliness and medical knowledge is just terrifically reassuring.

Matt and his Crestline Pharmacy staff consistently work - in my families best interest - with every new Rx/refill. They are my go to pharmacy. I use their delivery service -works like a charm. I visit before holidays to see what they are stocked up on. Always interesting items. Can not imagine a pharmacy more caring and reliable than Crestline Pharmacy. Thank you Matt. Emily Barber is the best pharmacist to ever exist. She fills prescriptions in a timely manner, pays attention to details, and does the best job for all her patients. She is incredible and really cares about everyone who steps into crestline pharmacy!!

I came to grab a few things in the pharmacy and was not expecting how amazing the gift shop was inside. There are so many adorable gifts from personal items, to home decor, to stationery. Amy was so personable and helpful. She knew the shop inside and out, and has really been thoughtful in her selection of products. You know it’s a good shop when you feel like you’re at home. Amazing customer service and a wonderful selection. Highly recommend!

BRAVO, Crestline Pharmacy!!! 👏👏👏 These guys became my personal HEROES when they were able to fill a medication that is on backorder Nationally, and not a single chain pharmacy in Greater Bham could accommodate my need... Not Walgreens, not CVS, not Winn Dixie or Publix or Walmart... just to name a few! Not only did they have my medicine in stock, they were VERY fast at filling it for me, and the entire staff was incredibly personable and professional! The selection of merchandise in the store was fabulous, which made my wait (albeit brief) thoroughly enjoyable! I will definitely be filling all of my prescriptions here in the future, and I highly recommend that you do the same! Keep up the great work, Crestline Pharmacy! Your exceptional service is deeply appreciated, and does not go unnoticed! Thanks again! 🥰🙏

Matt and his team are local and looking to serve the community. He works with people to save them money with insurance and knows the customers by name, not something you find at the big box retailers. I really appreciate him and his team. They call if they have a question and deliver medication to your front door as requested. I just cant say enough good things about them. They have definitely gone above and beyond for me which is very appreciated.
